Most commonly used for Q&A sessions at events. Suitable to integrate with beltpacks from manufacturers such as Shure, Sennheiser and AKG, ensuring flawless performance in the most demanding environments.
Catchbox has inbuilt active auto-mute technology which cleverly senses motion of the device and temporarily mutes the audio when Catchbox is caught, thrown or dropped for a seamless sounding process. No need for the sound engineer to continuously muting and un-muting the desk.
The Catchbox is made from a combination of durable foam and technical fabric ensuring that dropping and throwing the device wont damage the electronics, or most importantly the person catching.
Built into the top of the Catchbox is an omni directional mic element which has been optimised for audiences and speeches.
To ensure that the capsule containing the beltpack does not come loose when being thrown it’s secured with a magnetic locking mechanism.
